The Craftmade LED Illuminated Address Plaque provides easy address identification for guests or emergency response vehicles. The wet rated 11.5" white plaque with raised guide line for up to 5 numbers is illuminated with a bright 5 Watt LED light that provides 377 Lumens at 4000K delivering both safety and energy savings. Optional 3.94" poly carbonate numbers are sold separately. For best results, use recommended adhesive with cyanoacrylate - Loctite Super or Universal Glue and Gorilla Super Glue or Super Glue Gel - not included.
